iPage is a customer-centric hosting company that has taken Easy-to-Use to a new level. From the getting started wizard, which guides you through setting up your email and publishing your site, to the quality web builder that offers tons of customizable templates getting a website up has never been easier!

Features:
iPage  offers unlimited space, bandwidth and a free domain, which is becoming the standard for web hosts. But iPage does differentiate itself in several ways. Its robust but simple control panel is a bit more versatile than cPanel and better integrated with iPages support and educational offerings. iPage also offers malware and spam scanning, business verification and an online security certificate as part of its hosting plans. In addition, customer websites are eco-friendly because iPage is powered by 100% wind energy. Their also one of the few hosts qualified to offer $50 in Google Adword credits (most have a max of $25).

Price:
At $1.99 the iPage "Essential Hosting" plan is very competitive - especially given the inclusion of SiteLock's security suite!

Reliability:
Reliability has been good for at least last 6 months, only the odd outage which always seemed to be dealt with quickly - and explained clearly through the iPage System Alert system. Speed had been slow on occasion, but has been quite good for the last 3 months. 

Support:
24/7 phone, live chat and ticket support. Phone support is good. (All of the calls are answered by agents in North America and are answered in less than 2 minutes on average. The chat support team is to respond initially, but it can take time to get the answer you need (of course that's true with most of the hosts we review). Ticket responses have been good during the week, but slower at weekends, which is also fairly common. 

Summary:
We liked iPage and rate them highly. iPage is newer to us, but not to the industry, which is why we have ranked them high on our list, Our experience has been rock solid. We think they have a bright future, and we will be keeping a close eye on them. Given their unique offerings, don't  be surprised to see them move up the list.
