Features:
All Host Monster plans are offered with Unlimited Hosting Space, Unlimited Site Bandwidth and the hosting of Unlimited Domains. Host Monster use cPanel which, as said before is widely used with Web Hosts. The layout is easy to use and clearly set out making this helpful especially for first timers. Plenty of add-ons are available to enhance your website, and customer support is always there to help you should you encounter any issues at all.

Price:
Pricing is good for a well respected top host, but seems to have not changed with the recent price drops of the other hosts. A really good price for a good host.

Reliability:
Host Monster have been given both good reviews regarding reliability and uptime, we found it to be reasonably good but not as good as some other top hosts.

Support:
As said before, Host Monster offer 24/7 support on Technical issues via Telephone, live chat and ticket submission for pre sales question. Also offered is billing support in office hours (Monday to Saturday) on the telephone, all toll free numbers.

Summary:
Host Monster provide excellent support, and offer reasonable pricing. Reliability wise they could do better but all in all a good host and they must be doing something right to have been around since 1996!
