Review: Signed up for a VPS. Their machines are so poorly configured and overloaded that when the trafic migrated to the server, it crashed repeatedly with low system resources. The email server never worked. If you could ever reach a live tech person (15% of the time) they couldn't diagnose or fix anything. I spent a total of three days on their server before I fled back to my previous reliable host. Worst company I've been exposed to in 10 years hosting websites. The live support is not 24/7 as advertised. And wouldn't you know it, when the website is down, they usually are not there to answer the phone. I left after less than 10 days for failure of this company to keep there word inaccurate accounting and not fulfilling their end of the contract. Prepaid nearly $200.00 only to receive a credit for 22.00 not a company of there word. Great caution should be taken prior to signing with this company. Review: They offer a fair deal for a fair price. Customer service is about par with most places. I have had recent troubles with some PERL scripts that write to the server (ie message boards & polls), where the sever would hiccup and return null files. Review: After being with Website Source for some time, I became dissatisfied with the level of support I was receiving. I cancelled my account and moved on. Despite this, they have continued to charge my credit card for the past 10 months. Their claim is that I never filled in their online form - I did. Moreover, my domain names have been pointing to a completely different DNS for 10 months now. They refuse to make a refund of my money.
